A relaxing environment in São Paulo and an excellent choice for those who are seeking a peaceful tour outside the large urban centers.
At the Zulai Temple, visitors will have the opportunity to get in contact with the Buddhist religion, its customs, and rituals; to take in the lush green surroundings; to enjoy the silence; and to taste a delicious vegetarian buffet served on the grounds (price of meal not included).
Just one hour from downtown São Paulo, the Zulai Temple was opened to the public in 2003 in the region of Cotia and belongs to the Fo Guang Shan, a monastic order founded in Taiwan by the master Hsin Yun.
